Yuma Energy—the EV battery-swapping venture backed by micro-mobility startup Yulu and global supplier Magna International—closed a $35 million Series A led by Magna. Alongside the cash infusion, Yuma acquired battery technology provider Grinntech to vertically integrate its manufacturing capabilities.
